Full refund within 7 days of your first charge, no questions asked. Wallet credit never expires. Cancel anytime from Settings.
7-day first-charge refund
If you're unhappy within 7 days of your first subscription charge, email support@onneta.com and we'll refund it. No forms, no survey, no reason required. One per account.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet credit is non-refundable once added (the underlying compute is pre-paid wholesale), BUT unused credit stays in your wallet forever — no expiry, no clawback. Cancel your subscription and your wallet keeps working for one-off cycles.
Service failure
If ONI can't run a cycle due to our infrastructure (platform outage, not your low balance), the wholesale cost is automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. You don't need to ask.
Disputes + edge cases
Got charged twice? Subscription you didn't intend? Refund eligible past 7 days? Email support@onneta.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours and we'd rather err on the side of the customer than be technically right and ugly.
How to request
- Email support@onneta.com from the account's login email.
- Include the charge date and amount (Stripe receipt email works as-is).
- You'll get a reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds typically clear back to your card in 5–10 business days.
