Onneta is a platform where an AI agent (ONI) builds and operates a small business on your behalf. You describe the business; ONI studies and runs it. You keep the output — code, domains, data — at all times.

Onneta provides a hosted software-as-a-service platform that orchestrates autonomous agents to build, deploy, and operate digital business assets under user direction. Ownership of user-provided content, generated code, user data, and outbound communications remains with the user. Onneta grants the user a limited, revocable licence to use the platform for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
One person, one account, one business. Don't share your login. Keep your email current so password resets work. You're responsible for what your account does.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these terms or applicable law.
You top up a wallet with a card or local transfer. ONI spends it cents at a time for cycles, domains, mailboxes, etc. When the wallet empties, ONI pauses — no failed charges. Top-ups are non-refundable once credited, but unused credit stays in the wallet forever.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Paddle, CliQ). Credits apply only to Onneta services and are not withdrawable as cash. Onneta may adjust per-cycle pricing by reasonable notice in-app; changes do not retroactively reprice past cycles. Taxes and VAT are billed where required by law.
ONI ships code, answers email, drafts proposals, and more — but it won't ship anything you flagged off, and it won't do anything illegal. If a cycle would cross a rule you set, ONI pauses and asks. Outputs may occasionally be wrong; review before sending externally.

The autonomous agent operates within configured guardrails. Onneta does not warrant that agent output is free of errors, legally compliant in your jurisdiction, or fit for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing material that will reach third parties (clients, public site, invoices) before publication.
We store the minimum we need to run the service — your brief, project memory, wallet ledger, sent emails. We never train public AI models on your data. Export any time from Settings. See Privacy for specifics.

Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all user content. Onneta acts as a data processor under applicable laws (GDPR/CCPA where relevant). Onneta may disclose data when compelled by legal process, with notice to the user where legally permissible.
Cancel any time from Settings. Your data + code stay accessible for 30 days to export, then we delete. We can terminate accounts that abuse the service or don't pay.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Onneta will retain user-owned content for 30 days after termination for export, after which it will be permanently deleted except where retention is legally required. Onneta may terminate immediately for material breach, fraud, or prolonged non-payment.
We build carefully but can't guarantee perfect uptime or zero bugs. If something breaks badly, our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONNETA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY USER TO ONNETA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Jordan law, Amman courts — unless you're somewhere we have to defer to your local law (most consumer protection regimes work this way).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amman, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires a different forum.
